Very flexible. We brewed this at various ratios on espresso and they were all tasty. Because this coffee gives so much flavour we recommend faster shots, coarser grind size 17g-40g in 18-28s<\/p>\n<p>For best results we recommend purchasing whole bean and grinding fresh before brewing. If you don&#8217;t have a grinder, we can grind to your preferred brewing method prior to shipping.<\/p>\n<p>SHIPPING &amp; DISPATCH:<\/p>\n<p>We roast Tuesday to Thursday. Orders are shipped every Wednesday. Orders must be placed by midnight on Monday for same week dispatch.
